Galveston is about an hour away from Houston, on the gulf coast. The weather in this part of Texas is great at this time of the year with 70 degree days and 60 degree nights. With Galveston being a tourist destination, there are a lot of things to do. There’s live music, parties on the beach and some great barbeque as well.
